Asiwaju Tele Ogunjobi
Asiwaju Tele Ogunjobi has flagged off the construction of N70m (Seventy million naira) 35-bed space modern hospital project to be known as Alhaja Tawakalt Omowunmi Ogunjobi Mother and Child Care Memorial Hospital at Ago-Iwoye, in memory of his late wife.
The hospital project, which is located at the premises of Ago-Iwoye Community Hospital, was in fulfilment of the promise he made during the special prayer session held to commemorate the 50th posthumous birthday anniversary of his late wife, Alhaja Tawakalt Omowunmi Ogunjobi, on Monday, 20th December, 2021.
Ogunjobi, an aspirant for the 2023 House of Representatives election, had disclosed that the hospital, upon completion, will be well equipped with modern medical equipment that will enhance quality health service delivery.
Great Achiever Magazine reports that Alhaja Ogunjobi died on 20th May, 2021, after a brief illness.
