The newly installed Balogun Adinni Musulumi of Ogun State and Aare Musulumi of Ago-Iwoye, Aare (Alhaji) Safiriyu Kazeem, has paid homage to HRH Oba Abdul-Razaq Adesina Adenugba, Ebumawe of Ago-Iwoye, at his Palace.
The homage, which was the first outing of the new Balogun Adinni Musulumi of Ogun State, was to show appreciation to Oba Adenugba for his unflinching support before and during the installation ceremony.
Alhaji Safiriyu Kazeem thanked Oba Adenugba for his Royal support, and promised to reciprocate the good gestures of the Royal Father and the entire Ago-Iwoye community who supported his appointment and installation as the Balogun Adinni Musulumi of Ogun State and Aare Musulumi of Ago-Iwoye.
He said he will continue to contribute his quota to the development of Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State and propagation of Islam, noting that his new appointment will further challenge him to ensure peaceful co-existence among the people at all times.
In his remarks, Oba Adesina Adenugba congratulated Alhaji Safiriyu Kazeem for being found worthy of his appointment as the Balogun Adinni Okunrin of Ogun State Muslims and Aare Musulumi of Ago-Iwoye, adding that the honour is well-deserved.
Oba Adenugba urged Alhaji Kazeem to make his positive impact felt, not only in his immediate community, but also in Ogun State and Nigeria as a whole.
The Monarch assured of his constant support to Alhaji Kazeem, while also calling on the Muslim Community in Ogun State to give required support to the new Balogun Musulumi so that he can succeed in his new position.
Great Achiever Magazine reports that Aare (Alhaji) Safiriyu Kazeem was installed as the new Balogun Adinni Musulumi of Ogun State, Aare Musulumi of Ago-Iwoye and Aare Musulumi of Idode, along with his wife, Alhaja Medina Kazeem as Balogun Adinni Obinrin of Ogun State Muslims, on Sunday, 18th May, 2025, at a well attended elaborate event in Ago-Iwoye.
