Asisat Oshoala, a Super Falcons and Barcelona striker, has claimed that Chelsea fans do not deserve happiness.

Oshoala made this statement after joining fans of other rival teams who made fun of Chelsea on social media following their loss to Fulham by 2-1 on Thursday night.

Graham Potter’s squad lost 3-0 to Fulham at Craven Cottage in a Premier League match, their third consecutive loss.

As an additional note, new signing and Portugal international Joao Felix had a night to forget after being sent off for a difficult challenge on his debut.

You may recall that Barca and Chelsea have a rivalry due to their prior Champions League meetings.

What immediately springs to mind is the 2009 Champions League semi final between Barcelona and Chelsea, which Barcelona won in a controversial fashion at Stamford Bridge.

After losing to Barcelona in the semi finals in 2011, Chelsea finally got their revenge in 2012, as they went on to win the Champions League.

In light of the Blues’ most recent loss, Oshoala posted the following to her Twitter account: “Normally Chelsea fans no deserve happiness and they know it. No peace for the wicked.”

Out of their last five games, Chelsea have won just one (three defeats and one draw).
