Comrade Olufei Nuberu
A former President of the Students’ Union, Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye, Comrade Olufemi Adesanya Nuberu, has declared his intention to contest for the position of Chairman of Ogun State Chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC) during the State Congress coming up on 2nd October, 2021.
Great Achiever Magazine reports that Comrade Nuberu, who is a member of the party since its formation, is from Ward 09 in Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State.
He has served the party in various ad-hoc capacities since its creation, while the recent was the Ogun State Coordinator of APC 2019 Presidential Campaign Council, Field Operation Department.
Speaking with Great Achiever Magazine, Comrade Nuberu confirmed that he has paid the required nomination fees into the party’s designated account, adding that he was resolutely committed to his campaign as stated in the guidelines of the state congress.
He said: “I am clearly convinced of my inherent endowments to lead the party enviously with needed abilities and capacities. My credentials as a protagonist of ideals and democratic virtues which dated back to the pro democracy years are outstanding, and as a well talented youthful mobilizer, whosoever invests in this course objectively shall not be disappointed.
“Great minds build their political treasure around youthful, principled and patriotic intellectuals but not around sycophantic elements. As I request for the support of all, one thing stands me out; INTEGRITY”.
Comrade Olufemi Nuberu is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University where he was a two-term Students’ Union President. He obtained his Masters degree from University of Ibadan in 2008 and happily married with children.
