The Council Chairman, who visited the monarch to receive Royal blessing, said he will bring to bear his wealth of experience as a seasoned administrator in the running of the council.

Hon. Jaiyeola said he will strive to leave behind an enduring legacy of development across the local government by embarking on projects that will impact positively on the lives of the people.

He therefore solicited the support of the Royal father and all the people of the council area in order to achieve success during his tenure.

Jaiyeola promised not to run a vindictive administration, as he will operate an open door policy that will engender accessibility to his leadership.

In his welcome remark, Oba Adesina Adenugba congratulated Hon. Sola Jaiyeola on his appointment and the opportunity given to him by Governor Dapo Abiodun to contribute his quota to the development of the local government.

He advised the Council Chairman to see the entire local government as his primary constituency where he will leave his footprints of development

Oba Adenugba assured the Council boss of his unflinching support and loyalty, while he prayed for a successful tenure of office for the chairman.
