Long fuel queues surfaced on Monday in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja and other parts of the country leaving motorists spending hours to buy Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, which is an essential commodity
FCT Residents told ait.live monitoring the situation in the FCT that Federal Government’s intervention is urgently needed.
As early as 6 am on Monday most of the filling stations have started selling petroleum products in the Federal Capital Territory yet the long queues persisted.
The motorists insisted that the persistent fuel queues in FCT is uncalled for after subsidy removal
Some motorists therefore called on the Federal Government to help address the fuel scarcity which is taking its toll on them
Some of the motorists said about 5 days ago, most filling stations in the territory stopped selling petroleum products while the demand was on the increase.
